Workup Desk has one paid plan for a doctor working on their own patients. Practices, clinics and hospital departments get an organization plan arranged with us, with roles and single sign-on for every member.
Early access is by invitation. Invited doctors try it free during early access, and we tell you the price before we charge anything.

How billing works
Start on your own cases and add your team later
Most doctors try a new tool on their own patients before they ask their practice to adopt it. The individual plan covers that. You pay by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly.
A practice or department usually needs more than a card payment. It needs members with roles, single sign-on and a data processing agreement before anyone adds identifiable patient data. We arrange those terms with you directly.
On either plan you share a patient workspace or a single document with a colleague, as a viewer or an editor.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. We bill the individual plan through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and you manage the subscription from your billing settings.
Can our practice or department buy one plan for everyone?
Yes. We arrange organization plans with you, with members, roles, shared workspaces and single sign-on. Leave an email at the bottom of this page.
Can we add real patient data during early access?
Only once a data processing agreement for your jurisdiction is in place. Until then, try it on de-identified or made-up cases.
Do we need to connect an electronic health record?
No. You upload the referral, letters, results and notes for each patient, and export the finished document to PDF or Word.
