An AI workspace where doctors assess a patient from records

  • 100 characters

Bring a patient's referral, results and notes into one workspace, ask questions and draft the workup

  • 160 characters

Workup Desk gathers a patient's referral, letters, results and notes in one workspace, answers questions from them and drafts documents for the doctor to edit.

  • Short description

Workup Desk is an AI workspace for doctors, with one workspace per patient. Upload the referral, previous letters, laboratory and imaging results and your own notes. Ask questions and get answers from those sources, and draft a clinical assessment, referral letter or handover summary that you edit and export. The doctor makes every clinical decision.

  • Long description

Before a doctor can assess a patient, they have to read the record: a referral, letters from other clinics, laboratory and imaging results, ECG reports and a medication list. Workup Desk puts those sources for one patient in one workspace.

Doctors upload PDF, Word, Excel and image files and add their own visit notes. They ask questions in a chat panel, and each answer names the source it came from.

From the same sources, the doctor drafts a clinical assessment with history, findings, assessment, differential diagnosis and plan, or a referral letter, a discharge or handover summary, or a summary for the patient. Settings for document type, audience, tone, length and templates shape the draft, which opens in a rich-text editor. The doctor edits every draft and exports it to PDF or Word.

Practices and hospital teams work in one organization account with owner, admin and member roles, share a workspace or a document as viewer or editor, and can sign in with SAML single sign-on. The product is documentation help and decision support. It does not diagnose, and the doctor stays responsible for every decision and every document.
